If there is one thing I’m really good at, it’s eating. I also have an obsession with baking and cooking. One of my fondest memories from my childhood was dawning a largely oversized apron of my grandmother’s, standing on a step stool and helping prepare Thanksgiving pies by adding nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice into the mixture.  There is a sort of satisfaction I get every time I bake or cook something. It relaxes me. I lay in bed at night and dream of the next thing I could make as recipe ideas fly through my head. Baking has also in recent years become a challenge. A few years back I went completely dairy free due to allergies, and then my daughter was born allergic to dairy, soy and eggs, and that’s when things got a little tricky. My new baking adventures bring a wide variety of yummy goods with innovative new spins on classics. Hope you enjoy! xoxo
